Project completion

Thank you to everyone who was involved in this project. Get back to your decks and have a great summer!

Items on decks

Units 16, and 17  have items that are too big to remove from the deck. Painters will be applying the                            coating around these areas. Then coming back for them once the coating is applied and items can be                    
moved to the other side of the balcony.

Progress update

Units 14, 15, 16, and 17  power washing is complete.

Update

Units 8, 22, 25, 34, and 37 are complete, please give these 2 more days before returning your furniture. Units that still need to remove furniture are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17. in order to complete your deck the furniture must be removed.

Update July 2

Units 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, and 36 were completed on Thursday. Please do not place anything on these decks till at least Tuesday.

We worked on Friday and are working today. We will be off tomorrow.

Rain Delay

The rain is causing delay in applying the coating. As soon as it is nice, we will apply the coating and will confirm when your unit is ready to have the furniture out.

Update June 27

Today we were able to wash units 23 - 37 except units 28 and 34. We ask that you please remove everything from your deck. We will be back tomorrow to continue washing.

Painting

June 27th we are painting Balconies and Patios for Units 1-13 and 15-37 so please remove all items

Start June 27th

We will be pressure washing units 1 through 18 starting on Monday, June 27th. We will require everything to be removed from your deck for one week to allow for the work to completed. If we can complete it faster, I will let you know via this blog. We will be working from 8:00AM each day.
